I am 13 and my eye sight is 5.00 can I improve it and plus does laser eye treatment hurt and can I go blind for my eyesight?

I imagine you are asking about LASIK specifically. If your glasses Rx is truly +5.00 Diopters (not -5.00) then you are farsighted (hyperopic), not nearsighted (myopic). LASIK does not work at all well for hyperopia over about +2.5 Diopters.
